Thay vì chỉ hỏi “AI làm được gì”, thiết kế sản phẩm cần đặt câu hỏi: Trải nghiệm này có giúp người dùng hiểu, đánh giá và sử dụng AI đúng với năng lực thực tế của nó không?Trong nhiều trường hợp, câu trả lời không nằm ở mô hình hay dữ liệu, mà nằm ở UX.</span></div><div><span style="font-size: 16px;">​</span></div>

UX trong thiết kế sản phẩm AI: Vai trò trung gian giữa con người và hệ thống thông minh

<div><span style="font-size: 16px;">Tôi từng nghĩ làm sản phẩm tốt nghĩa là lắng nghe thật nhiều. Lắng nghe người dùng. Lắng nghe stakeholder. Lắng nghe mọi phản hồi trong phòng họp và cố gắng “gom” lại thành một giải pháp dung hòa. Nghe có vẻ đúng, nhất là trong môi trường doanh nghiệp nơi ai cũng mang theo trách nhiệm và ràng buộc riêng. Nhưng càng làm, tôi càng nhận ra một nghịch lý: l<strong>ắng nghe không có kỷ luật sẽ biến thành một cách đánh mất tầm nhìn.</strong> Và đó là lúc “Design by Committee” xuất hiện.</span></div><div><span style="font-size: 16px;"><br></span></div><div><span style="font-size: 16px;"><strong>“Design by committee” là quá trình mà một nhóm stakeholder cùng đưa ra quyết định thiết kế.</strong> Về lý thuyết, nhiều góc nhìn giúp giảm sai sót. Nhưng trên thực tế, thuật ngữ này thường được nhắc đến theo nghĩa tiêu cực: khi kết quả cuối cùng là một sản phẩm tầm thường, rời rạc, thỏa hiệp quá mức, một thứ được ghép từ nhiều mảnh ý tưởng khác nhau thay vì một tổng thể mạch lạc.</span></div><div><span style="font-size: 16px;"><br></span></div><div><span style="font-size: 16px;">Câu ví von nổi tiếng “A camel is a horse designed by a committee” lột tả rất đúng: lạc đà không phải loài tệ nhưng nếu mục tiêu là làm ra một con ngựa, thì lạc đà là hậu quả của việc trộn lẫn quá nhiều kỳ vọng không thống nhất. Cũng như sản phẩm: khi không còn một trục dẫn dắt, mọi “ý kiến hợp lý” sẽ kéo thiết kế lệch khỏi điều cần đạt.</span><br></div>

<div><span style="font-size: 20px;"><strong>Khi mọi người đều đúng, sản phẩm lại sai?</strong></span></div><div><span style="font-size: 20px;"><strong>​</strong></span></div><div><span style="font-size: 16px;">Trong các dự án doanh nghiệp, số lượng stakeholder thường tăng rất nhanh. Mỗi người có một góc nhìn, một ưu tiên, và một “góp ý mang tính xây dựng”. Đặc biệt với các sản phẩm nội bộ như CRM nhân sự hay các hệ thống nghiệp vụ, phản hồi đến từ nhiều phía: vận hành muốn đủ trường, kiểm soát muốn thêm cảnh báo, quản lý muốn nhìn được KPI, đội triển khai muốn đơn giản để dễ rollout. Mỗi yêu cầu đều có lý do đứng đằng sau.</span></div><div><span style="font-size: 16px;"><br></span></div><div><span style="font-size: 16px;">Vấn đề là: <strong>khi tất cả ý kiến được đối xử như nhau, thiết kế không còn là định hướng mà biến thành chắp vá.</strong> Nó thường bắt đầu rất nhỏ thêm một trường “cho chắc”, thêm một bước “để tránh sai”, thêm một pop-up “để tận dụng cơ hội”. Và rồi sau vài vòng review, bạn nhìn lại tổng thể và thấy một sản phẩm “đủ thứ” nhưng thiếu trọng tâm, thiếu nhịp điệu, thiếu lý do tồn tại.</span></div><div><span style="font-size: 16px;"><br></span></div><div><span style="font-size: 16px;">Tôi gọi đó là khoảnh khắc nguy hiểm nhất:<strong> khi không ai sai nhưng không ai còn nhớ mục tiêu ban đầu là gì.</strong></span><br></div>

<div><span style="font-size: 20px;"><strong>Design by Committee xảy ra như thế nào?</strong></span></div><div><span style="font-size: 16px;"><br></span></div><div><span style="font-size: 16px;">Tôi thấy nó thường hình thành từ ba thứ rất quen thuộc trong doanh nghiệp.</span></div><div><span style="font-size: 16px;"><br></span></div><div><span style="font-size: 16px;">Thứ nhất là <strong>nhiều stakeholder tham gia và ai cũng có quyền “đóng góp”</strong>. Điều này vốn không xấu. Xấu ở chỗ, càng đông người, càng dễ rơi vào tâm lý “đừng làm ai phật ý”.</span></div><div><span style="font-size: 16px;"><br></span></div><div><span style="font-size: 16px;">Thứ hai là <strong>thiếu tầm nhìn thống nhất</strong>. Không có một người/nhóm đóng vai “chủ sở hữu quyết định” dựa trên mục tiêu sản phẩm. Khi thiếu trục chính, mọi góp ý tự động trở thành một requirement.</span></div><div><span style="font-size: 16px;"><br></span></div><div><span style="font-size: 16px;">Thứ ba là <strong>thỏa hiệp thay vì ra quyết định. </strong>Thiết kế bị biến thành chuỗi thương lượng: mỗi bên nhường một chút, mỗi bên được một chút. Nghe có vẻ hợp tác, nhưng thực ra đó là cách né tránh phần khó nhất của làm sản phẩm: đánh đổi và đánh đổi luôn đi kèm việc nói “không” với một điều dù nó hợp lý.</span></div><div><span style="font-size: 16px;"><br></span></div><div><span style="font-size: 16px;"><strong>Hệ quả cuối cùng là một quy trình kém hiệu quả: chỉnh tới chỉnh lui, cảm giác “làm hoài không xong” và sản phẩm cố gắng làm hài lòng tất cả nhưng rốt cuộc không làm hài lòng ai.</strong></span><br></div>

<div><span style="font-size: 20px;"><strong>Vai trò thật sự của người làm UX trong cuộc hỗn loạn này.</strong></span></div><div><span style="font-size: 16px;"><br></span></div><div><span style="font-size: 16px;">Tôi từng nghĩ công việc của mình là “thu thập feedback và phản ánh vào thiết kế”. Nhưng trong môi trường enterprise, nếu bạn làm vậy, bạn sẽ trở thành một chiếc phễu ai nói gì cũng đổ vào, và bạn là người chịu trách nhiệm cho một sản phẩm ngày càng rối.</span></div><div><span style="font-size: 16px;"><br></span></div><div><span style="font-size: 16px;">Sau này tôi mới hiểu: <strong>vai trò thật sự của người làm UX/UI (hoặc PO/BA/UX Lead) không phải làm hài lòng tất cả, mà là giữ cho sản phẩm không bị tan rã.</strong> Bạn không thể kiểm soát số lượng ý kiến, nhưng bạn có thể kiểm soát cách ý kiến đi vào thiết kế: <strong>bằng tiêu chí, bằng câu hỏi, và bằng kỷ luật tư duy.</strong></span></div><div><span style="font-size: 16px;"><br></span></div><div><span style="font-size: 16px;">Nói cách khác, bạn không cần trở thành người “cứng đầu”. Bạn cần trở thành người có nguyên tắc. Cứng đầu là bảo vệ ý kiến cá nhân. Nguyên tắc là bảo vệ mục tiêu sản phẩm. Nguyên tắc giúp quyết định trở nên dự đoán được và công bằng: không phụ thuộc ai nói mà phụ thuộc vào tiêu chí.</span><br></div>

<div><span style="font-size: 20px;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><strong>Decision tree tôi dùng để lọc feedback</strong></span></span></div><div><br></div><div><span style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Mỗi khi nhận feedback, tôi không vội “làm ngay” hay “phản biện ngay”. Tôi đưa phản hồi đi qua một cây quyết định đơn giản để giữ cuộc thảo luận ở đúng mặt phẳng: rõ ràng - có cơ sở - đúng mục tiêu - khả thi.</span><br></div>

<div><span style="font-size: 16px;">Bắt đầu từ Feedback được nhận, tôi luôn hỏi câu đầu tiên: “Phản hồi này có rõ ràng và cụ thể không?” Nếu câu trả lời là không, tôi dừng lại để làm rõ: hỏi lại bối cảnh, tình huống, màn hình nào, thao tác nào, người dùng nào gặp vấn đề. Không có phần này, mọi thứ chỉ là cảm giác và rất dễ kéo thiết kế đi lạc hướng. Làm rõ xong thì quay lại câu hỏi đầu.</span></div><div><span style="font-size: 16px;"><br></span></div><div><span style="font-size: 16px;">Khi feedback đã rõ ràng, tôi chuyển sang câu thứ hai: “Phản hồi có dựa trên bằng chứng hoặc lập luận logic không?”Nếu không, tôi không bác bỏ ngay mà chọn hướng thảo luận thêm: hỏi “vì sao”, xin dữ liệu, ví dụ, hoặc thống nhất một cách kiểm chứng (review flow, đối chiếu policy, thử nghiệm nhanh). Mục tiêu là biến “ý kiến” thành “lập luận có cơ sở”.</span></div><div><span style="font-size: 16px;"><br></span></div><div><span style="font-size: 16px;">Nếu feedback đã có cơ sở, tôi hỏi tiếp: “Phản hồi có giúp đạt được mục tiêu dự án không?” Đây là chốt quan trọng nhất. Nếu không phục vụ mục tiêu, tôi lịch sự bỏ qua. Không phải vì người góp ý sai, mà vì nó không đúng trọng tâm của giai đoạn hiện tại.</span></div><div><span style="font-size: 16px;"><br></span></div><div><span style="font-size: 16px;">Chỉ khi feedback vừa rõ ràng, vừa có cơ sở, vừa đúng mục tiêu, tôi mới hỏi câu cuối: “Phản hồi có khả thi không?”</span></div><div><span style="font-size: 16px;"><br></span></div><div><span style="font-size: 16px;">Nếu khả thi, tôi triển khai. Nó sinh ra từ việc dám chọn lọc. Và chọn lọc luôn đi kèm việc từ chối một số thứ không phải vì chúng sai mà vì chúng không phù hợp với mục tiêu lúc này.</span></div><div><span style="font-size: 16px;"><br></span></div><div><span style="font-size: 16px;">Trong doanh nghiệp, “đơn giản” không phải là thiếu sót. <strong>Đơn giản là một lựa chọn có chủ đích.</strong></span></div><div><span style="font-size: 16px;"><br></span></div><div><span style="font-size: 16px;">Đằng sau một màn hình gọn gàng đôi khi là hàng chục cuộc tranh luận. Nhưng đáng giá. Vì sản phẩm cuối cùng không chỉ “đẹp”, mà còn mạch lạc, dùng được và tạo niềm tin: <strong>stakeholder tin rằng quyết định thiết kế dựa trên lý do, chứ không phải cảm tính.</strong></span><br></div>

<p><span style="font-size: 16px;">Trong thiết kế trải nghiệm người dùng, có một nguyên tắc quen thuộc:&nbsp;khoảng cách càng gần, kỳ vọng càng cao. Điều thú vị là nguyên tắc này không chỉ đúng với sản phẩm, mà còn đúng với… các mối quan hệ.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">Nhiều người nhận ra rằng mình có thể hòa nhã với đồng nghiệp, bạn xã giao, thậm chí là người lạ; nhưng lại cáu gắt, phản ứng mạnh hoặc thiếu kiên nhẫn với chính những người gần gũi nhất.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">Tại sao hành vi này xảy ra? Nuôi dưỡng hệ sinh thái tình cảm gia đình (Family Experience Ecosystem)</strong></span></span></h3><p><span style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Một gia đình hài hòa giống một sản phẩm có trải nghiệm tốt:</span></p><div style="font-size: 16px;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">- Tất cả thành viên cần duy trì.</span></div><div style="font-size: 16px;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">- Có hoạt động giao tiếp định kỳ.</span></div><div style="font-size: 16px;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">- Có không gian an toàn để chia sẻ.</span></div><div style="font-size: 16px;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">- Có cơ chế giải quyết xung đột.</span></div>

<p><span style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Chúng ta dễ nổi giận với người thân không phải vì yêu thương ít hơn, mà vì:</span></p><div style="font-size: 16px;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">- Gần gũi hơn</span></div><div style="font-size: 16px;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">- Kỳ vọng cao hơn</span></div><div style="font-size: 16px;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">- Cảm giác an toàn khiến ta ít phòng bị hơn</span></div><div style="font-size: 16px;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">- Áp lực tích tụ lâu dài</span></div><div style="font-size: 16px;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><br></span></div><p><span style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Nhìn dưới góc tôi, đây là vấn đề&nbsp;quản trị kỳ vọng,&nbsp;quản trị cảm xúc, và&nbsp;quản trị giao tiếp. Khi hiểu được cơ chế bên trong, chúng ta có thể thiết kế lại cách ứng xử để không vô tình làm tổn thương những người quan trọng nhất.</span></p>

<div><span style="font-size: 16px;">​<span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Tôi cũng từng rơi vào vòng xoáy này. Suốt nhiều năm, tôi dễ cáu gắt và thường trách mẹ mình — cho rằng bà không hiểu tôi, không đồng hành đúng như tôi kỳ vọng. Chỉ đến khi bước sang tuổi 29, nhìn lại hành vi của chính mình bằng góc nhìn hệ thống, tôi mới nhận ra vấn đề không nằm ở mẹ, mà nằm ở những “kỳ vọng mặc định” tôi tự gán cho chị Duyên (Mẹ tôi). Khi tháo bỏ lớp kỳ vọng đó, cảm xúc được giải phóng, và mối quan hệ giữa tôi và mẹ thay đổi theo hướng dễ thở hơn rất nhiều.</span>​</span><br></div>

Ái chà! mình cũng không biết bắt đầu như thế nào nữa. Câu chuyện bắt đầu từ đầu năm 2022, sau 1 năm trải qua đại dịch Covid mình đã có khoảng thời gian nhìn lại trực diện bản thân một cách đầy nghiêm túc. Mình biết đã đến lúc mình cần phải thay đổi rồi không thể cứ một mình lui cui lụi hụi đi làm rồi về nhà lại quanh quẩn tự học này kia không giao lưu thế được. Xưa mình hoạt bát, năng động  lắm mà sao giờ ù ù lì lì. Cái tối những ngày gần tết đó là tối như mọi hôm, mình lướt Facebook và ái chà thấy cái lớp Foundation của anh Chung cái mình nghĩ “Ồ, được rồi mình đăng kí thôi để có thêm nhiều bạn bè đồng môn chứ cô đơn qué!”. Thế là từ đó mình biết hoá ra có một cộng đồng UX ở Việt Nam hoạt động cũng mạnh mẽ và có nhiều sự kiện kết nối - chia sẻ - bổ ích - tích cực quá chời &lt;3.</span></div><div><span style="font-size: 16px;"> </span></div><div><span style="font-size: 16px;">Mình tham gia khoá học của UX Foundation và các buổi event của UXVN.</span></div><div><span style="font-size: 16px;"><br></span></div><div><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px;">Mình mong đợi và ngày đó đã tới nè!</span><br><br><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px;">Ngày đầu tiên</span><br><br><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px;">Sự kiện diễn ra vào buổi chiều. Mình đi với nhóm học UX từ Hà Nội vào tham dự. Mọi người cùng nhau check in.</span><br></div>

<div><span style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Mở đầu, sẽ là buổi despeak giữa những người tham dự xoay quanh các chủ đề được chọn. Ah, buổi này đặc biệt là được chia vào 2 phòng, mọi người có thể chọn chủ đề mình muốn nghe.<br><br>Sau đó, là những chia sẻ đầy ắp kiến thức của chị Ruby Pryor hiện đang làm tại Grab Co-chair về research.</span><br></div>

<div><span style="font-size: 16px;">Mình được các anh chị và các bạn chia sẻ rất nhiêù kiến thức mà trước đây mình chưa biết. Mọi người trao đổi, thảo luận với nhau cởi mở và nhiệt tình điều mà trước đây hiếm khi mình gặp được.<br><br>Ngày 2 đã đến, được tổ chức ở một địa điểm khác to hơn và hơn 300 bạn UI/UX tham gia và các anh chị đầu nghành. Thời gian từ 8h sáng đến 7h tối, hơn 10 diễn giả chia sẻ kinh nghiệm của họ cho chúng mình.</span><br></div>

<div><span style="font-size: 16px;">​Sau 2 ngày tham gia UXVN Fesstival 2022 mình đã nhận quá là nhiều kiến thức mới, bổ ích, tích cực và những người bạn tuyệt! Mình thật sự biết ơn những anh chị đã tạo nên một cộng đồng UXVN để chia sẻ, phát triển và định hướng. <br><br>Cảm ơn UXVN Fesstival 2022 để mình mở mang kiến thức và trở thành một phần của cộng đồng UXVN!</span><br></div>

🦭 Sau 2 ngày ở sự kiện UXVN Festival 2022

Mình là Mimi đây!</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;"><br></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">Sau hơn 2 tháng kết thúc khoá học UX Design do anh Hoàng đứng mình đắn đo có nên viết bài này nữa không? (Vì mình lười =)))</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;"><br></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">Mình đăng kí khoá này sau khi mình học lớp UXF của anh Chung. Sau khi học lớp UXF mình thấy nó mang lại cho mình nhiều giá trị về tinh thần, kiến thức và những người bạn trong cộng đồng UX luôn sẵn sàng chia sẻ kiến thức, những lối suy nghĩ tích cực điều này làm thế giới quan của mình mở ra thấy được nhiều khía cạnh suy nghĩ 1 vấn đề.</span></p>

<h3><span style="font-size: 24px"><strong>Giới thiệu chung về lớp</strong></span></h3><p><span style="font-size: 16px">Lớp này mình đăng kí học online vào tháng 11 năm 2022. Lúc này mình đăng kí trước cả 3-4 tháng gì á. Vì thời gian đợi học khá lâu nên kiểu cũng hết háo hức khi gần học. Nhưng khi đến buổi học đầu tiên mình cảm nhận được sự nhiệt tình của “Anh Giáo Hoàng”. Lớp gồm 12 bạn học viên, mình cũng không quen ai nên chúng mình dành 45 phút đầu để làm quen.</span></p>
